For this special collaboration with Hana Makgeolli, Chef Kang will present a menu that reflects his style of Korean cooking, paired alongside Hana Makgeolli’s Korean traditional alcohol.

Most recently, Chef Kang was the owner-chef of ODRE in New York’s East Village, where his cooking focused on seasonal ingredients, Korean flavors, and food inspired by memory and tradition.
