Madang Drinkery is a Korean American café & cocktail pop-up from Chicago, founded by Simon Yun and Michelle Lee. For this menu, every Madang cocktail features Korean spirits from Hana Makgeolli and draws inspiration from the Korean dishes, drinks, and flavors the founders grew up with.

Madang will serve a small menu of cocktails alongside a non-alcoholic drink, reinterpreting familiar flavors through their approach to drinks. Expect inspiration ranging from cold kimchi noodle soup and banana uyu to ssanghwacha and red bean walnut cake.

Hana Makgeolli will be serving food from the kitchen alongside Madang. Come by for a drink or two, stay for the food, and spend Sunday afternoon at the brewery.
