Friends of the Studio #13. Two days at Hana Makgeolli with Min Gu Kim!

Gado-gado. Bakwan jagung. Chicken makgeolli jorim. A lamb shank rendang that starts braising on Wednesday. Strawberries and cream to finish.

Hana Makgeolli's regular food menu will still be available alongside the food during this event.

Min Gu grew up in Indonesia, where the flavors of the archipelago became as familiar to him as the Korean food of his own household. That upbringing shapes how he cooks today, blending both traditions by setting a table wide enough for two homelands to sit down and eat as one.
