    Release pricing will generally range from $100-$130 for 4 bottles and $45-$65 for 2 bottles.

FALL RELEASE

Fall is a season of warmth and depth—YAKJU RESERVE and EVERYTHING MAKGEOLLI. A fall offering for those who savor sool as comfort—earthy, refined, and made for gathering.

The 2026 Winter Release will be in January

  • YAKJU RESERVE - 375 ml | 16% ABV, clarified, barrel aged, light body with notes of warm oak and butter.

    EVERYTHING MAKGEOLLI - 500 ml | 10% ABV, sedimented, medium body, infused with onion, garlic, sesame seeds.

    HYUNMI TAKJU - 750 ml | 16% ABV, sedimented, medium body, earthy with a savory, warm chestnut profile from the sweet brown rice.

    YAKJU 14 - 750 ml | 14% ABV, clarified, light body, dry, refined, bright with naturally occurring lactic acid.

  • YAKJU RESERVE - 375 ml | 16% ABV, clarified, barrel aged, light body with notes of warm oak and butter.

    EVERYTHING MAKGEOLLI - 500 ml | 10% ABV, sedimented, medium body, infused with onion, garlic, sesame seeds.

  • For the 2025 Fall Release, registration will open on Tuesday, September 30th and close on Monday, October 20th. Release packages will ship out from the brewery the week of October 27th!

  • Each season, we’ll announce which bottles will be part of our next club releases. Club members will then receive an email offering them a chance to update their addresses, payment information, etc. and an option to suspend their membership if they so choose. Shortly thereafter, payment will be processed and boxes will be packed and shipped out to all club members.
