Inspired by Seoul summer nights —where friends gather over shared plates and chilled drinks—Seji has created a special menu of Korean tapas-style anju, thoughtfully paired with Hana Makgeolli’s handcrafted brews.

Through BOMBOM, her modern Korean sauce and pantry brand, Seji shares the flavors and traditions of Korea with kitchens around the world, celebrating the modern, savory taste of Korea, flavor, and the joy of gathering around food.

BOMBOM began in Seji’s Wimbledon flat in London, where she hosted small Korean dinners for friends and neighbors. Around her table, bowls of rice, kimchi, gochujang, and sesame oil became a way to share the flavors and stories of Korea
